Q1. Why do I see different prices of same product type?

The products are sold by separate sellers and hence, the difference in prices.

Q2. Is it necessary to have an account on RnR?

No, there can be a guest checkout also. Buyers are not required to login with account details.

Q3. Does RnR ship internationally?

No, as yet, we have not started our shipping outside India. 

Q4. Can the coupon code be applied on products by any seller or on products by the same seller?

The coupon code can be applied on any product by any seller.

Q5. Can I order a product that is ‘Out of Stock’ or ‘Temporarily unavailable’?

Add your own custom content to give more information about your store.You will not be able to order the product that is ‘Out of Stock’ or ‘Temporarily unavailable’, but you can place it in your Wishlist. To order the same product, please mail the product details and quantity to us at contact@rankneverretires.com

Q6. Are there any hidden charges once I place my order?

There are no hidden charges on placing the order. Everything displayed during the checkout process will be the final charges. 

Q7. Can I club my orders from different sellers to be delivered together?

Currently, there is no option to club orders from different sellers to be delivered together as sellers could possibly be located in different locations and the delivery timelines would vary based on their partnered courier service providers.

To ensure your items reach you at the earliest, each seller ships their products as per their individual timelines. You can although place multiple products by different sellers in your cart and will be shipped separately. 

Q8. Is customisation possible for every product?

No, customisation is possible only at seller’s discretion and their policy. 

Q9. How can I check my order status?

You can check your order in ‘Track orders’.

Q10. How can I return/replace the items?

Click on Return/Replace in product details. Our delivery agent will pick the order but only when the packaging and price tags are intact. You can return or place request for replacement within 7 days of delivery. Please check our ‘Return Policy’ for more details. 

Q11. How can I cancel my order?

You can click on cancel order. Cancellation is allowed only if the product has not been shipped.

Q12. When can I expect a refund of my payment?

Please check our ‘Return Policy’.

Q13. I want to sell my items on Rank never Retires. Whom do I get in touch with?

Please visit our home page and fill in the ‘Seller form’. Fill the form and we shall get it touch with you on your registered email ID and contact number for agreement signing. If you still face any issue, please write to us at partner@rankneverretires.com.
