Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

  1. Rank never retires Private Limited , is owned and operated by Rank never retires Private Limited. To access the services provided by Rank never retires Private Limited , a user has to visit  www.rankneverretires.com or our mobile application, Rank never retires Private Limited App, (collectively referred to as “our Website”). Hereon, wherever the context so refers “you” or “your”it shall draw reference to to all users, and the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” shall refer to Rank never retires Private Limited .
  2. Please note that we reserve all rights to amend this Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy from time to time without prior notice. Such changes shall be updated on our Website. It is advisable to all users that they periodically review the same.
  3. Kindly note that all refunds, cancellations, and refunds relating to Rank never retires Private Limited  are strictly bound by this Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy.
  1. Applicability
    1. You are only entitled to a refund, in whole or in part, in cases of returns and cancellations.
    1. However, not all returns and cancellations warrant a refund.
    1. If you have used a discount voucher or loyalty points to place the order, the refund will be equivalent only to the amount you made paid and NOT the actual value of the order. Loyalty points, however, would be credited back to your account in their form.
  • Cancellation
    • Rank never retires Private Limited  allows you to cancel your order before it is shipped for delivery.
    • You may cancel the order and its delivery by navigating the “My Account” menu available to you when you log in to our Website.
    • Notwithstanding Clause 1.3, you will receive a full refund within seventy-two (72) hours of cancellation. Please not that this sub-clause does not apply to those who have opted to make the payment at the time of delivery of the products.
  • Return
    • You may request a return of the products you ordered within twelve (12) days of the delivery of the products.
      • To request a return, you may contact our email contact@rankneverretires.com. Our Customer Service officials will require your order ID number that is displayed in the “My Account” section once you log in to our Website and is also printed on the receipt you will receive along with the package. Without these details, a return is not possible.
    • We will pick up the products within two to four (02-04) business days. We will initiate the refund or replacement process, notwithstanding Clause 1.3, only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with all their seals, labels, and barcodes intact. The following items will not be eligible for return:
      • Perishable goods;
      • Products damaged due to misuse/overuse;
      • Products without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged;
      • Products whose serial number is tampered with;
      • Defective products that are not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty;
      • Used or altered products;
      • Products whose return request is initiated twelve (12) days after of the date of delivery; and
      • If the product is a free product provided by brand.
      • Customised hand-crafted products
    • For a return, it is important to share a complete video of unpacking providing a reason of return, i.e, damaged or defective product at the time of delivery, product sent is absolutely different from what was ordered, tampered packet received etc.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only no refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
