    1. Once you place your order through our Website and our systems process the same. Thereafter, the ordered products are inspected thoroughly and safely packaged into eco-friendly packages that minimise wear and tear during shipping. Fragile items are secured in bubble wraps.
    1. After inspection of quality and packaging, our Delivery Partners are entrusted with the package to deliver to you at the earliest. In case of any delay, our Delivery Partners will contact you twenty-four (24) hours before the indicated time of delivery when you placed the order.
    1. If you have ordered multiple products, please note that they may arrive as separate packages, at separate times. This happens when parts of your order have been shipped from our different warehouse locations / vendors.
